Another successful Cinco de Mayo Pageant in Sunnyside, Washington hosted by Regal Majesty.
Miss Apple Valley Teen, Ashley Berginc. sang the national anthem and emceed the competition.
A shout out to the 3 wonderful judges:
1. Regal Majesty WA Woman Queen Ms. Kristina Janko
2. Regal Majesty International Woman Queen Mandy Bruce
3. Donna Herman, grandmother to Regal Majesty Washington State 0-4 High Point Juanita Rose Stone
Who so graciously gave of their time.
“It was an honor to be a judge for this pageant. All of the girls did an awesome job, even though some of them were competing in their very first pageant! After the pageant I was happy to ride the merry-go-round with my granddaughter and another contestant. I spent the entire ride standing between them with nothing to hold onto and desperately trying to keep my balance and not fall off!! Such great memories.” ~ Donna Herman
Along with the Little Miss Sunnyside royalty, Regal Royalty showed up in force for the parade of queens elegantly giving examples of Cinco de Mayo festive wear and confidence.
One pageant sponsor, Alber’s Creative Cakes, provided each contestant themed cookies as they left the stage.
While sponsor, A&A Promotions, LLC, donated one lucky winner a $200 credit towards Regal Majesty’s National Pageant in Seaside, Oregon.
Congratulations to the divisional winners:
0-2 Gracelyn Alber
3-4 Nevaeh Alber
5-6 Alysianna Aguirre
7-9 Aliyah Reyes
10-12 Juliette Zepeda
13-16 Jazmine Gonzalez
And the overall high point, Miss Cinco de Mayo Fiesta queen, Lena Flores.
But to top it off, the most adorable elderly couple from Bainbridge came to watch the pageant and raved about the poise of each little Regal girl. Of course Director Monica Bergin had to crown her too!!!
Then the new and old royalty finished their weekend on Sunday with a Cinco de Mayo parade.
Another year in Sunnyside, Oregon in the books. I’m already looking forward to next year.
